1) 100 Retro Stars Chiesa
Chiesa is a stand out RM having exceptional pace. He has special traits coming out of his ears meaning he stands out in all game modes. His finishing is good but him having the finesse shot trait along with the long shot taker and outside foot shot taker traits means his shooting is better than most RM's. His passing whilst not the best on this list is evenly balanced with all attributes being reasonable. His dribbling, agility and ball control stand out in the dribbling areas. He has the flair special trait meaning he is less likely to make errors when doing skill moves. With high/Med work rates he is more likely to push forward. a 4 star weak foot is also a bonus.

2) 103 Ballon d'Or Hero Okocha
Okocha has great pace. His Finishing attributes are top tier, particularly when it comes to shot power and long shots. He has the outside foot shooter trait to compliment his finishing abilities. His passing is great with his vision, crossing and curve being of note, whilst also having good long and short passing. Having the play maker trait means that on auto play he will be given the ball more allowing him to dictate play. His dribbling is great, of note being his ball control and agility. He has the flair special trait meaning he is less likely to make errors when doing skill moves. He is a little more lightweight in the physical department and also has Med/Low work rate which isn't ideal for his position

3) 103 Trophy Titans Ljungberg
Ljungberg has reasonable pace for a RM. His finishing, long shots and positioning are decent he also has the Outside foot shot trait - meaning he's able to perform an outside-of-the-foot shot regardless of their Finishing attribute value. All aspects of his passing are great with his vison, crossing and curve standing out - which is perfect for a RM. His long passing is ok, but he has the long passer trait meaning he's more likely to attempt long passes. His dribbling - mainly his agility and ball control are top tier for a RM. With a Med/Med work rate he is most likely to remain in and around the midfield third of the pitch

4) 102 Anniversary Icons Park Ji Sung
Pace less impressive than some on this list but still adequate. His Shot power and positioning are good as far as finishing goes. His passing is great with his short passing, vision and crossing being his highlights in this area. His dribbling is a delight, with balance, agility and reactions being great with decent ball control also. For a RM his defensive abilities are good helping with defence in formations with no RB with his awareness, marking and standing tackle standing out. physically he's quite strong and of course "3 Lung Sung" has amazing stamina (2nd best in game currently) He also has the Second wind trait - Players with this trait have less fatigue towards the end of a match if they are currently losing. If you’re losing after the 75th minute, any player with the trait will recover 25% of their stamina. He has High/High work rate which does mean he's involved all over the pitch

5) 102 Ballon d'Or Mahrez
Again slightly lower on the pace side but decent non the less. His Finishing skills are great with amazing positioning. He has great shot power and long shot along with the Long shot taker trait meaning he's more likely to try and take long shots when running with the ball, especially when afforded space. Add to this the finesse shot trait meaning he gets the full amount of curl when they take a finesse shot when the ball is on the ground. His crossing and curve are the highlights of his passing. His dribbling is top tier with great agility and ball control. He has the flair trait meaning he's less likely to make errors when attempting skill moves.

6) 98 UTOTS Savinho
Decent enough pace for a RM. He does lack the finishing capabilities of other RM's. His Long passing and vision are his passing highlights with a decent crossing ability. His dribbling is reasonable with a focus on his ball control. 3 star weak foot and no special traits are a downside. He has a high/low work rate meaning he's more likely to push up into the attacking third of the pitch

Higher pace than some on this list. Finishing
